No, SoLo does not guarantee repayment for loans funded on its marketplace. We have created a secure verification and scoring process to assist lending members with their funding decisions. If you are using the platform as a lending member, please be aware of risks that could lead to losing some or all of the loan amount. For protection, on a loan-by-loan basis, lending members may opt into the SoLo Lender Protection Program (SLP) for a fee. For a loan protected by SLP, SoLo will provide credit in the amount of a percentage of the loan principal plus the SoLo Donation in the event the loan is delinquent.
